By hiring our photobooth services, the client acknowledges and agrees that XOX Photo-booths will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur to any person or property during the use of the photobooth. All guests using the photobooth do so at their own risk. The client assumes full responsibility for the safety and conduct of all individuals using the photobooth during the event. XOX Photo-booths is not responsible for any incidents resulting from misuse, inappropriate behavior, or failure to follow safety instructions.
